ANNUAL RETURN

On the basis of changes made by Companies House On 30th June 2016, the annual return was replaced with a new filing requirement called a ‘confirmation statement’. In spite of the different name, the confirmation statement is fundamentally just a simplified version of the annual return with an added requirement to include in details of the information held on your register of people with significant control.

You only need to file a confirmation statement once a year and there are not many complications in doing same, we at Rayvat-UK can file the annual return on your behalf on a minimum service cost.
